These Terms of Service govern access to the Savage Production Works website and the owner-operated Savage PW Automation application.

Website use

This website provides general information about Savage Production Works and its media-automation activities. You may access the public pages for lawful informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe non-public systems, bypass security controls, or misuse its content or infrastructure.

Application access

Savage PW Automation is a private application. Access is limited to authorized operators and Google accounts that own or administer applicable YouTube channels. No public account registration, subscription, or service entitlement is offered through this website.

Authorized YouTube operations

By authorizing the application, an authorized operator directs it to perform selected YouTube operations on channels under that operator's control. These operations may include reading basic channel identity information, uploading videos, setting metadata and privacy status, and recording upload results. Operators are responsible for confirming that they are authorized to manage the connected channel and its content.

Content responsibility

Savage Production Works remains responsible for reviewing its content and determining whether it may be published. Automation does not replace human approval, copyright review, platform-policy review, or legal judgment.

Third-party services

The application interacts with third-party services, including Google and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Availability may be affected by changes, outages, quotas, suspensions, or authorization requirements imposed by those providers.

No warranty

The website and private application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every automated task will complete without error.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Savage Production Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or application.
