Privacy Policy
Effective: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Savage Production Works ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website and our owner-operated application, Savage PW Automation.
Application purpose
Savage PW Automation supports an internal media-production workflow. It is used to identify authorized YouTube channels, upload owner-approved videos, set video metadata and privacy status, and record publishing results for channels owned or administered by Savage Production Works. The application is not offered for public registration or use.
Google user data we access
When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the application may access the minimum Google or YouTube data required to:
- Identify the authenticated YouTube channel and confirm its channel ID.
- Upload video files and associated titles, descriptions, categories, and privacy settings.
- Receive the uploaded video's identifier and publishing result.
- Manage videos only when an authorized workflow explicitly requests that action.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How information is used
Google user data is used solely to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the authorized publishing workflow. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and operational records are stored in access-controlled, self-hosted systems operated by Savage Production Works. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access, encrypted connections where supported, publishing approval gates, and channel-identity validation.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the authorized Google and YouTube services, comply with law, protect rights or security, or with the account holder's explicit direction.
Retention and deletion
Operational publishing records may retain channel identifiers, video identifiers, timestamps, status, and error information for security and audit purposes. OAuth credentials are retained only while the connection is authorized and needed. An authorized operator may disconnect the application in the application's credential settings and may also revoke access through the Google Account security page. Deletion requests may be sent to the contact address below.
Website information
This static website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, user accounts, or contact forms. Standard infrastructure logs may temporarily record technical information such as an IP address, requested page, timestamp, and browser information for security and reliability.
Changes
We may update this policy as the application changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
